At DominionBoost, service delivery begins only after full payment is received and all required information has been provided, such as game login details, preferences, or scheduling confirmation.

Estimated Fulfilment Timeframe

• Boosting Services: Typically completed within 1–3 business days
• Delivery time may vary depending on service complexity and current demand

Coaching Session Utilization

• Scheduling & Validity: Sessions are scheduled within 24–48 hours after payment and receipt of player preferences, and must be used within 30 days from the date of payment
• Forfeiture Policy: Unused sessions after 30 days will be considered forfeited
• Service Terms: Coaching is a one-off service; expired sessions are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling
• Session Details: Each coaching package includes a minimum of 1 hour of one-on-one coaching; additional hours require separate payment
• Availability: Session timing is subject to coach availability, though we aim to accommodate your preferred schedule
